After the trial period, continued use requires a paid subscription:
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will be charged at the beginning of each billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use FlixyDoc for your personal or business documentation needs.

All your projects, screenshots, and documentation are stored locally on your computer. We do not collect or store this content on our servers.
We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using FlixyDoc, you consent to this processing.

FlixyDoc, including all software, design, and content, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
You retain all rights to the documentation, screenshots, and content you create using FlixyDoc. We claim no ownership over your work.
We strive to maintain high availability for our licensing and authentication servers. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
We may perform scheduled maintenance that temporarily interrupts service. We will provide advance notice when possible.
We may release updates to improve functionality or security. Some updates may be required to continue using the Service.
FlixyDoc is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by Austrian law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
